Step-by-Step Instructions

Setup and Power OnGet Ready:

Stack the two layers of the crucible together

Position It:

Use crucible tongs to place the crucible on the sintering platform to avoid burns.

Start Scan:

Click the “Tray Up” button to lift the pallet.

Watch Screen:

Select the desired sintering curve and edit it as needed.

Capture Data:

Input the heating rate, target temperature (up to 1580℃), and holding time.

Adjust as Needed:

Save the settings and start the sintering process. During sintering, the furnace exterior remains safe to touch (<60℃).

Save and Share:

Once sintering is complete, click “Tray Down.”
