Step-by-Step Instructions

Place the furnace on a stable surface and ensure the power supply is connected

Fill the sagger with zirconia beads to cover the bottom and place the teeth inside.

Position the sagger on the sintering platform.

On the LED interface, press the “Up” button to raise the platform, which will stop automatically at the top.

Select a sintering program that matches your requirements and press the program button.

Wait for the program to load, then press “Start” and confirm by clicking “OK.”

Once the sintering process is complete, press the “Down” button to lower the platform.

Carefully remove the sagger using the appropriate tool and use tweezers to extract the sintered teeth.
